Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 3rrcom platform at 3rrcom.biz, including all games, betting markets, account features, and support services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with 3rrcom. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, govern your use of the platform in full.

3rrcom reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address linked to their account. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Using 3rrcom after an update means you accept the new terms without reservation.

These terms are written in plain English and are intended to be understood by Pakistani players without a legal background. If any clause is unclear, you are welcome to contact our support team for clarification before you place your first bet or make your first deposit.

Eligibility

To register and use 3rrcom, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. 3rrcom performs verification checks and may request supporting documentation at any point.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3rrcom does not permit access to anyone below this age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 3rrcom employee.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through 3rrcom or through any other mechanism.
• You must not hold an existing active account with 3rrcom. Only one account per person is permitted.

3rrcom may close or suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed, or where information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate. Any balance in such an account will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if fraud or misrepresentation is established.

Account Registration

Opening an account with 3rrcom is free and takes under two minutes. However, there are obligations that come with registration that every player must take seriously.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Pakistani mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3rrcom login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 3rrcom staff will never ask for your password.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 3rrcom support immediately via live chat or email. We can freeze your account instantly while the matter is investigated.
• Account details can be updated through your profile settings. Changes to your registered name or primary payment method may require identity verification documents.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an administration fee of Rs 200 per month after a 30-day notice period.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3rrcom supports all major PKR payment methods in Pakistan

All financial transactions on 3rrcom are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum transaction limits depend on the payment method and your account verification level — these are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Same-Method Withdrawal Rule

3rrcom requires withdrawals to be sent back to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the amount originally deposited. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. Remaining winnings above the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any approved method on your account.

• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) typically process within five minutes. Bank transfers settle within two to four business hours.
• 3rrcom does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification for first-time requestors or where unusual activity is detected.
• 3rrcom will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts not registered in the account holder's name.

Bonuses and Promotions

3rrcom offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that are stated clearly at the point of offer. The general rules below apply to all 3rrcom promotions unless a specific promotion's own terms say otherwise.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new 3rrcom accounts only and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20× or 30×) is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unmet wagering requirement at the expiry point results in the bonus balance being removed. Real-money funds deposited are not affected.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute less, and certain games may be excluded entirely. This is detailed per promotion.
• 3rrcom reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already accepted and being actively wagered will not be retroactively removed.
• Bonus stacking — holding multiple active bonuses simultaneously — is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any player found attempting to manipulate bonuses through collusion, multiple accounts, or other means will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and virtual sports activity on 3rrcom. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and accepted these rules in full.

• All bets are final once confirmed by 3rrcom. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except through the cash-out feature where available.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original kick-off or start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is abandoned after starting, settlement is determined by the specific market rules. Match result bets require the completion of the full scheduled match time.
• Odds displayed are the odds at time of bet placement. For in-play bets, the confirmed odds may differ slightly due to rapid market movement — the odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are binding.
• 3rrcom reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical or human error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in these cases.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to be settled as winners. One void leg in an accumulator results in that leg being removed and the accumulator recalculated at the remaining odds.
• 3rrcom may limit, suspend, or close the betting account of any player whose betting patterns suggest match-fixing knowledge or other forms of corruption.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available at 3rrcom — including slots, live dealer tables, Aviator, poker, roulette, baccarat, and virtual sports — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game interface.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited by independent testing bodies. 3rrcom publishes RNG certificates on request.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server, not the client device. Bets already placed before disconnection stand and are settled according to the server result.
• Malfunctions in casino games void all affected pays. Stakes are returned where a malfunction is confirmed to have prevented a fair outcome.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game's information panel. These represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• For Aviator specifically, each round's crash point is generated using a provably fair algorithm combining server and client seeds. Players can verify any completed round via the history panel.

• Opening or using multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a bug must report it to support immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets without human interaction.
• Colluding with other players in poker or live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals. 3rrcom operates in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations and reports suspicious transactions as required.
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Outstanding balances due to 3rrcom from fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued through legal channels.

Privacy and Data

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 3rrcom content without prior written permission.
• You may not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract the source code of any software component of the 3rrcom platform.
• Unauthorised use of the 3rrcom brand name, logo, or trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Amendments to Terms

3rrcom may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will receive an email notification to their registered address at least seven days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. If you continue to use 3rrcom after the effective date of any update, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before it takes effect and withdraw any remaining balance.

Limitation of Liability

3rrcom provides its platform on an "as is" basis and does not make any warranties, express or implied, about the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

• 3rrcom's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• 3rrcom is not liable for losses caused by third-party payment provider delays, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits 3rrcom's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
